The Ceremonial Concert
This ceremonial concert is an immersive healing journey that weaves together oracular sound healing, live music, and poetry to guide participants back to the Divine Mother and the sacred wisdom of the womb. Rooted in syncretized ancestral traditions and inspired by Afrofuturism, the offering is designed to awaken remembrance, heal generational wounds, and realign participants with divine feminine power.
Mamaferia weaves poetry, music, and sound healing into a living ceremony of remembrance. Drawing from The Celestial Womb, she opens with lyrical invocations and carries the audience into songs from Goddess of Creation, a sonic journey of frequency healing and devotion to the melanated feminine.
The ceremony culminates in a sound healing soul retrieval journey through ancestral memory, the womb of the Earth, and the Celestial Womb of the Divine Mother, restoring fragmented parts of the soul and guiding participants back into wholeness.
Featuring music from Goddess of Creation and spoken-word poetry from The Celestial Womb, weaving sound, story, and remembrance into a ceremonial journey of divine feminine awakening.

Mission
Return to the Mother is a ceremonial concert devoted to facilitating decolonial womb healing through sound, poetry, and ritual. Through immersive, land-rooted ceremonies, it guides participants back into their bodies, their ancestral lineages, and their relationship with the Earth—especially in places most impacted by colonization. This work transforms performance into prayer and ceremony into a portal for healing ancestral trauma, restoring spiritual memory, and reclaiming the wisdom of the womb.
Vision
Return to the Mother envisions a world where women—especially those from lineages first touched by colonization—are restored to their sacred connection with the womb, the land, and the Divine Mother. It imagines the original sites of colonization transformed into spaces of healing, remembrance, and rematriation, where the wounds of history are alchemized into collective restoration. In this vision, the Black Divine Mother is remembered as the origin of humanity, and all people return to wholeness through her.
